WOODLANDS PURSUIT ENDS IN FATAL ACCIDENT

A disturbance at the What-a-burger resulted in a pursuit of a motorcycle on S. Millbend near Acorn Oak in The Woodlands ended when the motorcycle ran off the road, hit a ditch, ejecting the driver and the motorcycle coming to rest in the trees.
DPS is investigating the crash and details of the pursuit are still under investigation by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
MCHD was called to the scene at 2:16 am and attempted to revive Timothy Jason Jones, 24, of The Woodlands. He was transported to Herman Hospital Woodlands where he was pronounced dead at 306am.
